Правила фотостудии являются публичной офертой. Любое лицо с момента бронирования помещения фотостудии либо с начала пользования помещениями фотостудии признается совершившим акцепт публичной оферты в полном объёме и обязуется следовать правилам.

The studio booker is responsible for communicating these rules to all participants in the shooting and bears full financial responsibility for the actions of all participants, and in case of non-compliance with the rules or damage to property is obliged to compensate for losses.
1. RULES OF RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT
1.1. Filming rooms are booked:
In any booking form, you must receive a booking confirmation (if you booked yourself on the calendar, check your email, if through social networks, then it is sent manually and is already a confirmation of the established reservation).
1.2. Studio hours are by appointment. We open at 10am unless booked earlier. We can open at 7 am if you need it (example: brides getting ready). The studios close immediately after the last reservation, this can be either at 18-21 o'clock or at 2 o'clock in the morning. Bookings at standard rates are available from 9am to 11pm. Any hour before 9 am and after 11 pm is paid + 700 rubles / hour for early / + 700 rubles for late exit of the administrator.
1.3. The minimum rental time for filming rooms is 1 hour and exactly from 00 minutes (you cannot book 10:30-12, you can book 10-11 or 10-12).
1.4. The reservation time does not change if you are late. The payment amount is not reduced if the shooting is late or completed early.
1.5. When booking, a 50% DEPOSIT is required. For last-minute bookings, a 100% prepayment may be required.
When booking more than 2 months later, an advance payment of 50-100% can be established with payment within 7 days.
If there are existing debts and photo studios in the city are in a general emergency, an advance payment of 100% is required within 1 day. Prepayment can be set on an individual basis. Regular clients are exempt from making an advance payment.
Prepayment is made within 2 days after the reservation is made, unless you are given another deadline for payment.
If your plans change, please let us know; cancellation of your reservation must be recorded in writing. Our studio does not process cancellations over the phone; cancellation requests must be made in writing.
The prepayment is not refundable if the time is not canceled on time (clause 1.8).
The balance of payment is due upon arrival at the photo studio before entering the hall .
1.6. Payment for renting a photo studio is made

CANCELLATION and TRANSFER of reserved time (up to 3 hours of reservation) is made no later than 3 days before the start of the rental; cancellation of the reservation must be recorded by the administrator. In case of late cancellation of a reservation, the studio will charge a penalty in the amount of: if canceled 2 days in advance - 50% of the cost of the entire booked time, if canceled the day before and on the day of shooting - 100% payment of the reserved time.
CANCELLATION of reserved time (more than 3 hours of reservation) is made no later than 1 week before the start of the rental. If the reservation is canceled at a later date, the prepayment will not be refunded.
If canceled the day before or on the day of shooting - 100% payment for the reserved time.
Unfortunately, the reason for cancellation does not affect the amount of the penalty. By booking a studio, you agree to this.
In case of non-payment of the fine, the person is added to the general blacklist of photo studios. Subsequent reservations are made only with full prepayment. If untimely cancellation is still necessary, we recommend trying to give time to your friends, find another client, or organize a creative shoot.
1.8. All rental prices are valid subject to the presence of no more than 7 people in the entire studio (waiting areas, dressing rooms, filming room, etc.). A larger number of people are charged +100 rubles/hour per 1 person. Events must be arranged separately with the studio administration.
1.9. If the release of the filming hall is delayed by more than 5 minutes after the end of your booked time, you must pay the cost of renting ½ hour of the relevant hall. If there is a delay of more than 10 minutes after the end of the booked time, the cost of a whole hour of rental is paid.
1.10. Photo night rental . From 23 to 9 am. Minimum booking time is 5 hours.
Prices for photo nights are calculated individually. To book a photo night, a prepayment of 50% is required. The shooting must be completed 10-15 minutes before the end of the booked time.
The time you collect and wait for a taxi on the studio premises (more than 15 minutes after the end of the booked time) can be extended as the hall rental time.
2. GENERAL RULES
2.1. Replacement shoes are required. You can: If you get out of the car, your shoes are not considered clean! Only newlyweds can wipe the soles with wet wipes/rags! Shoe covers are not suitable, they tear and create dirt in the halls
2.2. Smoking is prohibited on the landings in front of the studio, as well as throughout the entire studio . Smoking is possible with a contribution of 1000 rubles:
2.3. It is forbidden to make noise, jump, scream and run around the studio, as well as look into the filming rooms without permission. Please be respectful of those in the studio.
2.4. Dear parents, monitor the behavior of your children yourself; the administrator’s responsibilities do not include monitoring children in the photo studio, nor are they responsible for possible injuries due to negligence.
2.5. Filming with animals in studios is allowed (free for bookings of no more than 1 hour and one animal, 1000 rubles additional payment for bookings of more than 1 hour!), but the animal must have an accompanying person, and the booker bears full financial responsibility for the possible consequences of the animal being in the filming room .
In common areas, dogs must be kept on a leash or in a carrier, because other clients may simply be afraid or may have allergies. If anything gets dirty, you should clean it yourself and notify the administrator.
Cleaning wool will range from 500 rubles to 1000 rubles. Damage to upholstered furniture is charged individually, based on the prices of dry cleaners and furniture upholsterers (from 2,000 rubles).
2.6. Drinks/food in the filming room are possible upon payment of an additional fee of 1000 rubles.
Free food in the hall can be table decor for shooting or product photography. You can have a meal for free in the common reception areas.
2.7. Drinking alcoholic beverages throughout the studio is paid an additional 1000 rubles. Drinking alcoholic beverages in stairwells is prohibited.
2.8. Photos and videos of a pornographic nature are strictly prohibited! Those caught in such filming by the entire team are added to a blacklist and immediately expelled from the studio.
Payment for the hall is made in full, according to the booked time, and the cleaning company’s services are also paid in the amount of 5,000 rubles. We hope you never have to use this clause of the rules.
2.9. Monitor your children's behavior yourself. A photo studio is not a playroom, but a professional platform for photography. If your child damages studio property, you must pay for the damage. The studio is not responsible for possible injuries due to negligence.
2.10. Staying in open window openings, on roof parapets and balcony grilles is prohibited! Be reasonable!
2.11. Use of equipment with a power of more than 3 kW per hall +500 rubles/hour. The exception is equipment rented from our rental company.
2.12 Candles and open fire are strictly prohibited on the studio premises.
3. DRESSING ROOMS
3.1. When renting a hall, 1 make-up space is provided free of charge 1 hour before your shoot during studio working hours (from 9 to 23), additional time is 200 rubles / hour.
Early administrator exit (+700/hour) will be added to any hour before 9 am. One dressing room can also be used free of charge throughout your entire room reservation. That is, if your reservation is 12-14, a free dressing room space is 11-14, a dressing room space from 10 am in this case will cost +300. Free dressing room hours do not transfer to another time, are not combined or accumulated.
The free seat is available immediately 1 hour before your reservation and is extended for the entire duration of the room reservation.
4. SHOOTING ROOM
4.1. You enter the hall at 00 minutes of the beginning of your hour. The administrator will supply you with lighting equipment if necessary. The hall must be vacated 5 minutes before the end of the rental. The beginning of your hour and 5 minutes from your last hour is considered technical time for setting up and checking the equipment.
4.2. At the end of the shoot, you must leave the premises in the same condition in which it was provided to you. Furniture (it is forbidden to drag it along the floor, only lift it and carry it!) and props must be returned to their original places yourself. The equipment is removed by the administrator
4.3. The filming room is provided with all the props and studio equipment in it. The list of basic equipment can be found on the personal pages of each room. Lenses, cameras, a smoke generator, soap bubbles, snow, as well as additional video light must be booked in advance, and the nuances of your shooting must be discussed when booking a studio.
5. DECORATION
5.1. As a special effect, we recommend booking additional snow or smoke generators.
5.2. The hall must be handed over in the same condition. The moved furniture is returned by the bookers to the place during the rented time. It is forbidden to drag furniture across the floor, as this will break the legs and damage the floor covering. Furniture must be lifted when moving. Decorative elements should be in place upon delivery of the hall. Hope for understanding!
5.3. Sparklers of any kind are prohibited in the studio! Sparks burn through the floor covering!
Colored sparklers are also prohibited; during combustion they emit harmful oxides, so they can only be lit outdoors.
In order not to spoil the holiday, follow the safety rules!
5.4. We can deliver any furniture from one of our studios to another for your shooting. In this case, delivery is calculated individually, depending on the number of items.
6. CONDUCTING EVENTS
6.1. The rental rate per hour of the event is calculated individually and greatly depends on the number of participants (including service personnel, children over one year old, etc.).
We work hourly, so time for preparing the hall before the event and leaving guests must also be booked. That is, if guests arrive at 6 pm, and you need to decorate the hall, then you need to book the hall from 5 or even 4 pm.
The end of the booking of the event is considered to be the release of the studio completely from guests and brought equipment or props.
Pre-booked preparation and dismantling time is calculated according to the standard prices of the selected hall. Extension on the spot is possible only after agreement with the administrator and is paid immediately.
6.2. When booking an event, a deposit of 50% to full payment is required. The balance of payment must be paid before the event!
6.3. The possibility of being in the filming room is paid separately: with food +1000 rubles, with alcohol +1000 rubles, without replacement shoes +1000 rubles. Smoking is only allowed outside.
6.4. If you are planning a cake crash , then we always offer colored paper backgrounds (2.7 m wide) for this! You can choose any color from those installed in the hall of your choice or install an additional one (220 rubles installation). Damage to the background will be calculated from the beginning of the background 700 rubles/linear meter. The background is cut off and discarded
6.5. Confetti must be reported in advance.
Sparkles or small confetti 1 mini firecracker (artificial snow, etc.) up to 5 square meters - self-cleaning or cleaning fee 300-500 rubles;
Confetti 15-30 square meters - 1000 rubles;
Confetti for the whole hall - 2500 rubles;
Paper surprise/feathers in the hall - 5000 rub. Any confetti removal will be done at the time you booked and paid for.
6.6. Damage to studio property will be paid separately. Textiles (curtains, blankets, etc.) or upholstered furniture stained with drinks, wax, etc. will cost from 500 to 3,000 rubles depending on the scale, burnt textiles are paid for repairs (the first 3 links of the Yandex search) entirely at the price of a new product.
6.7. The following is strictly prohibited: lighting open fires on the studio premises, as well as barbecues, fireworks, fireworks, and smoke bombs. The administrator may ask those who are in an intoxicated and inappropriate state to leave.
